Making Syrup

Price: $20.00
In south Louisiana is a little town called Tickfaw. East of Tickfaw, my friend Jim makes cane syrup by grinding sugar cane to make cane juice. Then cook the sugar cane juice down to make cane syrup. By cooking and refining this syrup longer, you can make brown sugar. If you cook and refine the brown sugar long enough you will make white sugar. The original watercolor is on paper Limited Edition Prints 8 1/2"X 11" (575)
